Bubblegum Birthday! Cake Smash and Milk Bath Photo Session!

I am so excited to share this pastel coloured, cake smash session on the blog this week!

As always we started the session of with some adorable family photos, before baby Alyanah got messy with the cake! I love capturing photos of the birthday baby and family in my studio with some of the permanent fixtures and decor pieces but I also incorporate the birthday setup in the family photos as well! I include lots of candid and posed photos with each parent individually and of course photos of everyone together! Baby Alyanah had two dress changes for family photos, both supplied by my in-studio client wardrobe. My cake smash sessions include photo of your baby with two family member so feel free to bring along ANY two people you’d like (aunt, grandpas, siblings, best friends welcome!)

Second up Alyanah changed into a third outfit, a cute pink romper, and we captured the perfect cake smash photos! To finish of the session we ended with a warm oat milk bath embellished with beautiful rose petals! Alyanah had the most fun during this part! If your baby loves bath time I would definitely recommend adding a milk bath to their cake smash session!

TIP: bring lots of baby wipes and a large towel to help dry and clean up your baby post cake smash! I promise it will be an amazing, memorable experience!
